May 10, 2025 <br />Mr. Todd Larson <br />City of Ramsey <br />7550 Sunwood Drive NW <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />RE: North Brook Meadows <br />Preliminary Plat Extension Request <br />Dear Todd: <br />I am writing the City to respectfully request a one-year extension of our preliminary plat approval for North <br />Brook Meadows. <br />I am again requesting this extension in light of the following factors: <br />• High interest rates affecting project borrowing costs and the home mortgage market <br />• Pipe availability to the project site. We have been working with Twin City Land Development regarding <br />access issues and the realignment of 173'd Avenue in connection with their final plat application for <br />Trott Brook Crossing 3rd Addition. If that's approved by the City, we anticipate they will complete their <br />improvements for this addition by this fall.
