<br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR MSA ALPINE DRIVE
<br />RECONSTRUCTION, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #25-03
<br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct Municipal State Aid (MSA) Alpine Drive
<br />between Sunfish Lake Boulevard (CR 57) and Saint Francis Boulevard (TH 47) as identified within the
<br />2025 — 2034 Capital Improvement Plan; and
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-198, adopted July 23, 2024, the
<br />City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Hakanson Anderson for topographic survey of the
<br />project area in the amount of $4,800.00; and
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-220, adopted August 12, 2024, the
<br />City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Independent Testing Technologies, Inc., for a
<br />geotechnical report of the project area in the amount of $10,620.00; and
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-310, adopted November 12, 2024,
<br />the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Hydro-Klean, LLC, for sewer cleaning and
<br />televising of the project area in the amount of $9,130.16; and
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-339, adopted November 26, 2024,
<br />the City Council ordered the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for MSA Alpine Drive
<br />Reconstruction, Improvement Project #25-03; and
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #25-079, adopted April 22, 2025, the
<br />City Council approved final plans and specifications as prepared by the City Engineer and authorized
<br />advertisement for bids for the same improvements; and
<br />WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Anoka Union Herald on Friday, April 25 and Friday, May
<br />2, 2025; and
<br />WHEREAS, eight (8) bids were received, opened and tabulated on Wednesday May 21, 2025, and
<br />the following bids were found to comply with the approved plans and specifications and advertisement for
<br />bids; and
