<br />Funding for this improvement is proposed to come from Pavement Management Funds and Storm Water Utility
<br />Funds. The alternative bid trail improvements are anticipated to be funded through budgeted 2025 Trail
<br />Maintenance Funds. The final project costs may change from the estimate depending upon actual construction
<br />quantities.
<br />On May 21, 2025 a total of six (6) bids were received, opened and tabulated, and the following bids were found
<br />to comply with the advertisement for bids.

<br />$1,365,784.70.
<br />The low bid is 8 percent lower than the engineer's estimate, primarily due to lower than anticipated bituminous
<br />paving and concrete walk costs.
