Absent: Councilmember Jeffrey. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS/PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Public Hearing: Proposed Street Name Change in Ramsey Town Center 10th <br />Addition; Case of City of Ramsey <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:20 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:20 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon explained after processing the plat of Ramsey <br />Town Center 10th Addition, it came to staffs attention that a street name contained on the plat of <br />Ramsey Town Center 10th Addition is incorrectly identified. 149th Lane as shown on the plat <br />should be labeled as 149th Avenue NW. There is only one occupied house currently on 149th <br />Lane NW. The property owner will be the only one affected. It should be noted that the number <br />address will not change; only the street name. Mr. Trudgeon advised staff recommends <br />introduction of the proposed ordinance. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Elvig, Cook, Olson, Pearson, and <br />Strommen. Voting No: None.
