<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #25-112 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT FOR SUNWOOD DRIVE DECORATIVE <br />LIGHTING POWER SUPPLY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the south side of Sunwood Drive includes decorative lighting power <br />supply improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sauter and Sons provided a quote to the city to install 885-feet of 2-inch <br />HDPE conduit with #10 AWG wiring along the north side of Sunwood Drive from the end of <br />the existing power supply north of Sunwood Drive near the commercial driveway between <br />Sapphire and Rhinestone Streets, terminating near the three (3) pine trees west of Center <br />Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this work will allow decorative lighting improvements to be maintained <br />on both sides of Sunwood Drive between City Hall and the Skyline Apartments. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to accept the proposal <br />from Sauter and Sons in the amount of $29,455. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Stewart, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
