<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #25-116 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION FOR THE PRELIMINARY PLAT <br />OF NORTH BROOK MEADOWS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City Council approved a 77-lot single-family preliminary plat request <br />by Platinum Land, LLC, on September 28, 2021, via Resolution #21-248; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City Council subsequently approved a three-year time extension on <br />August 23, 2022, via Resolution #22-177; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The current development group, now known as Alliant Ventures IX, LLC, <br />has requested an additional one-year time extension based on the current high interest rates and <br />the coordination of extending utilities to the site; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br /> <br />1) That a one-year time extension from the expiration date of the last approved extension is <br />hereby granted. The expiration date of the preliminary plat is now August 23, 2026, at <br />which time the final plat must be reviewed and approved. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Stewart, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />
