<br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR 2025
<br />NEIGHBORHOOD PAVEMENT OVERLAY IMPROVEMENTS, IMPROVEMENT
<br />PROJECT #25-07
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to overlay the pavement on numerous street
<br />segments in 2025 as identified within the 2025 – 2034 Capital Improvement Plan; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-295, adopted October 22,
<br />2024, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Hakanson Anderson for topographic
<br />survey of the project area in the amount of $5,900.00; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-342, adopted November
<br />26, 2024, the City Council ordered the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for 2025
<br />Neighborhood Pavement Overlay Improvements, Improvement Project #25-07; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #25-080, adopted April 22,
<br />2025, the City Council approved final plans and specifications as prepared by the City Engineer
<br />and authorized advertisement for bids for the same improvements; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Anoka Union Herald on Friday April 25, 2025
<br />and Friday May 2, 2025; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, six (6) bids were received, opened and tabulated on May 21, 2025, and the
<br />following bids were found to comply with the approved plans and specifications and advertisement
<br />for bids; and
<br />
