AUTHORIZE FUNDING FOR ARCHITECTURAL RENDERINGS <br />By: James E. Norman, City Administrator <br />Background: <br />In preparation for the November 2" Ramsey Star Express Event and for use as an on -going <br />marketing tool for the Ramsey Town Center, architectural renderings were ordered from the Collage <br />Studio of Urban Design. The cost of the renderings was $5,500.00. Additional funding will be <br />required to cover this expense. Staff is requesting the use of the Council Contingency Fund in the <br />amount of $5,500 for this purpose; the current balance of the Council Contingency. Fund is $22,945. <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />Authorize the use of Council Contingency Funds in the amount of $5,500 for architectural <br />renderings for Ramsey Town Center. <br />Council Action: <br />Consider Resolution No. 06- 11 -XX -_ Authorizing $5,500 from Council Contingency for <br />Architectural Renderings for Ramsey Town Center. <br />Reviewed by: <br />Finance Officer <br />CC: 11/14/06 <br />—123- <br />
