Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #06-11 - <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO BOB HAMBORG TO CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY BUILDING EXCEEDING <br />TOTAL AMOUNT ALLOWED SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR ACCESSORY BUILDINGS <br />AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME: <br />WHEREAS, Bob Hamborg, Inc, hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant," has properly <br />applied for a Conditional Use Permit to construct an accessory building exceeding the total <br />amount square footage allowed for accessory buildings on the subject property legally described <br />as follows: <br />Lot 3, Block 4, Traprock Commons, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />( "Subject Property") <br />WHEREAS, the Planning. Commission met on November 2, 2006 conducted the <br />public hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request, with <br />contingencies. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact # , a Conditional Use Permit ( "Permit ") to construct an <br />accessory building, which will result in exceeding the total amount square footage allowed on <br />the subject property by no more than 860 square feet is hereby granted to Bob Hamborg, <br />referred to as the "Permittee ". <br />2. That the Permit only applies to the accessory building that is indicated on the blueprint <br />approved by the City Planning Department 9/29/06 and shall not exceed 1,400 square feet in <br />size. <br />3. That the proposed accessory structure shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with <br />all applicable Staff Review letters, approved site plans, City Code, and Uniform Building <br />Codes. <br />4. That this Permit shall be perpetual in duration as long as the terms are herein complied with. <br />5. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this Permit. <br />6. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br />for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br />• <br />• <br />
