• <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #06-11 - <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING A ONE YEAR EXTENSION TO RECORD THE FINAL <br />PLAT OF RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 6TH ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, D.R. Horton, Inc. Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as "Developer ", is <br />requesting a one -year extension to record the final plat of Ramsey Town Center 6 Addition on <br />the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlots A and B, Ramsey Town Center 2 Addition, according to the recorded plat <br />thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property ") <br />WHEREAS, on May 31, 2005, the Ramsey City Council granted final plat approval to <br />Ramsey Town Center 6 Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 9.50.02 (Final Plat), Subd. 8 (Recording) of the Ramsey City Code <br />states that following approval of a final plat, the applicant shall record the final plat with Anoka <br />i County within two years of final plat approval; and <br />WHEREAS, , Section 9.50.02 (Final Plat), Subd. 8 (Recording) of the Ramsey City <br />Code further states that the City Council may extend the time period to record the final plat upon <br />written request of the subdivider; and <br />WHEREAS, on November 2, 2006 the City received a written communication from the <br />Developer requesting an extension until May 31, 2008 to record the final plat of Ramsey Town <br />Center 6 Addition. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants an extension to May 31, 2008 for the Developer to <br />record the final plat for Ramsey Town Center 6 Addition with Anoka County. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />
