Frolik reviewed that the Council tabled <br />the Ebony the September 26, 2006 meet ing and directed staff to bring it to <br />work session etailed zoning exhibit for the surrounding area. The requested <br />information is incl e Council's packet. <br />Councilmember Cook stated he drove this area and took a couple people with to look at it. The <br />house down from the T is for sale and is one of the biggest lots on the river. Contrary to what <br />the Council was told about million dollar houses in this area, the house for sale had an asking <br />price of $559,000, and it is one of the nicest houses in the neighborhood and one of the biggest <br />City Council Work Session / October 10, 2006 <br />Page 1 of 6 <br />ve Dir.
