MAYOR / COUNCIL / STAFF INPUT <br />4.01: Update on Outside Committees <br />Councilmember Riley shared that the Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization <br />met earlier in the month and did not have any permits to review; however, they anticipate they will <br />have a lot more next month. He said there will be a lot of things the WMO has to discuss concerning <br />the generational plan. <br />Mayor Heineman shared that he attended the Anoka County Joint Law Enforcement Council and <br />they mainly discussed the budget. <br />5.
