Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #25-122 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR MSA SUNWOOD DRIVE <br />CROSSWALK REPAIRS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #25-08 <br />WHEREAS, the Sunwood Drive concrete pedestrian crossings at intersections between Zeolite <br />Street and Rhinestone Street are proposed to be replaced in 2025; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-282, adopted September 24, 2024, <br />request for proposals were submitted to two (2) firms for the purpose of completing the proposed surveys; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-295, adopted October 22, 2024, <br />the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Hakanson Anderson for a topographic survey <br />report of the project area in the amount of $8,200.00; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has the capacity to prepare plans and specifications for Sunwood Drive <br />Crosswalk Repairs, Improvement Project #25-08. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for <br />Sunwood Drive Crosswalk Repairs, Improvement Project #25-08. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 10th <br />day of June, 2025. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />
