CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />06/10/2025 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Enhance City's communication through transparency and accountability. <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution #25-143 Adopting the 2025 Strategic Plan <br />5. 16. <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The City Council and City Staff held planning session meetings on April 1, May 13 and May 27, 2025 to review <br />the progress made on the 2024 Strategic Plan, and to establish a revised 2025 Strategic Plan. The 2025 Strategic <br />Plan received updates to the objectives identified to meet established strategies. <br />Time Frame/Observations/Alternatives: <br />The specific content of the Strategic Plan is included in the attached document. <br />Funding Source: <br />This case is being handled as part of normal staff duties.
