Title: PUBLIC HEARING: Approve On -Sale Liquor License, including Sunday and 2 AM sales, for SM Enterprises dba Riversbend Sports Bar & Grill. This request is due to a change in the license applicant. Purpose/Background: Purpose: To approve On -Sale liquor license, including Sunday and 2:00 am sales, for SM Enterprises dba Riversbend Sports Bar & Grill Background: SM Enterprises dba Riversbend Sports Bar & Grill has properly applied for an On -Sale liquor license, including Sunday and 2:00 am sales, at 14077 St. Francis Blvd NW, Ramsey, MN. This request is due to a change in the license applicant. A11 application fees have been paid. Notification: Notice of the public hearing was published in the Anoka County Union Herald on May 23, 2025. Time Frame/Observations/Alternatives: A background investigation has been completed and approved by the acting Police Chief. Once approved by City Council, the application will be submitted to the Department of Public Safety - Alcohol, Gambling Enforcement Division for issuance of the license. Funding Source: This case is being handled as part of normal staff duties. Recommendation: City staff is recommending approval of an On -Sale liquor license, including Sunday and 2:00 am sales for SM Enterprises dba Riversbend Sports Bar & Grill.
