<br />Commission Business <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt called the regular meeting of the Planning Commission back to order at 7:29 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Brauer, to recommend that City <br />Council adopt findings of fact relating to the request for an amended Conditional Use Permit for <br />Northern Counties Secretarial Services with the following modifications: finding no. 9 amended <br />to state: That the Applicant is requesting that the 120 foot structure setback imposed in the CUP <br />issued in 1991 be reduced to 100 feet on the common boundary of the Abendroth property. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt clarified the intent is to provide the applicant with an additional 10 feet on the <br />portion of the property where the applicant is giving up 10 feet by deed to the adjoining <br />landowner. <br /> <br />Commissioner VanScoy requested clarification that the Abendroths are in agreement with the <br />amendment regarding the setback. <br /> <br />Mr. Abendroth responded in the affirmative. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Brauer, Cleveland, Hunt, Trites <br />Rolle, and Van Scoy. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Levine. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Van Scoy, to recommend that City <br />Council approve the request for an amendment to the Northern Counties Secretarial Services <br />Conditional Use Permit, based on the findings of fact, with condition no. 5 to conform with the <br />amended finding no. 9. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Van Scoy, Brauer, Cleveland, <br />Hunt, and Trites Rolle. Voting No: None.
