MARK HAGEMANN <br />By: Planning Assistant Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Mark Hagemann is requesting a variance from the Rum River setback <br />requirement in order to construct a home on the lot located at 17615 Argon <br />Street N.W. Section 170.076 of the City Code requires all structures to <br />have a setback of 150 feet from the Rum River. The dimensions of the lot <br />at 17615 Argon will not accommodate a 40 foot front yard setback and a 150 <br />foot setback from the Rum River.
