COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />7.01: Adopt Resolution #25-105 - Conditional Use Permit for Commercial Indoor <br />Recreation at 8500 Bunker Lake Blvd. NW, Suite 100 (In the Game MN LLC) <br /> <br />Planning Manager Larson reviewed the Staff report in regard to a Condition Use Permit for In the <br />Game MN LLC. He shared the Planning Commission’s recommendation of approval. <br /> <br />Councilmember Specht asked if the Conditional Use Permit is specific to this business or this <br />location. <br /> <br />Planning Manager Larson explained that Conditional Use Permits go with the land and not the <br />user. He added that the Conditional Use Permit would expire after one year. <br /> <br />Councilmember Specht thanked the applicants for choosing Ramsey for this project. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peters, seconded by Councilmember Buscher, to adopt Resolution <br />#25-105 approving a conditional use permit for commercial indoor recreation at 8500 Bunker Lake <br />Boulevard NW, Suite 100. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: <br /> <br />Councilmember Buscher noted this will be a great addition to the City and that residents are very <br />excited about this project. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heineman, Councilmembers Peters, Buscher, Olson, Riley, <br />Specht, and Stewart. Voting No: None. <br />7.02: Adopt Resolution #25-086, Approving a Conditional Use Permit for a Motor <br />Fuel Station and Car Wash at 8040 Bunker Lake Boulevard NW; Case of Kwik Trip <br /> <br />Planning Manager Larson reviewed the Staff report concerning the Conditional Use Permit for <br />Kwik Trip. He shared the Planning Commission’s recommendation of approval. <br /> <br />Dean George, 1626 Oak Street, La Crosse, Wisconsin, came forward and shared that they are <br />excited to be coming to Ramsey.
