<br />Assistant City Engineer Feriancek reviewed the Staff report concerning accepting bids and <br />awarding a contract for the MSA Alpine Drive project. He shared that the low bid came from Park <br />Construction Company in the amount of $1,290,247.58. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to adopt Resolution #25- <br />103 accepting bids and awarding a contract for MSA Alpine Drive Reconstruction, Improvement <br />Project #25-03 to Park Construction Company for the base and alternate total of $1,290,247.58. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heineman, Councilmembers Riley, Olson, Buscher, Peters, <br />Specht, and Stewart. Voting No: None. <br />7.05: Adopt Resolution #25-104 Accepting Bids and Awarding Contract for 2025 <br />Neighborhood Pavement Overlay Improvements, Improvement Project #25-07 <br /> <br />Assistant City Engineer Feriancek reviewed the Staff report in regard to accepting bids and <br />awarding a contract for the 2025 neighborhood pavement overlay project. He shared that the low <br />bid came from North Valley, Inc. in the amount of $1,198,056.75. <br /> <br />Mayor Heineman asked if this project would affect Happy Days. <br /> <br />Assistant City Engineer Feriancek said the completion date of this project will be before Happy <br />Days. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Olson, seconded by Councilmember Peters, to adopt Resolution #25- <br />104 accepting bids and awarding a contract for 2025 Neighborhood Pavement Overlay <br />Improvements, Improvement Project #25-07 to North Valley, Inc. for the base and alternate bid <br />total of $1,198,056.75. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heineman, Councilmembers Olson, Peters, Buscher, Riley, <br />Specht, and Stewart. Voting No: None. <br />8. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />8.01: Legislative Update <br /> <br />City Administrator Hagen shared that the legislature did not complete their work on time and they <br />will continue to work towards a Special Session to make the final decisions and adoptions. He <br />announced upcoming meetings and events. <br /> <br />Mayor Heineman shared that QCTV Live and Local is coming up in Ramsey. He added that <br />tomorrow will be Food Truck Wednesday at City Hall. <br />9.
