<br />Councilmember Peters introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #25-122 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR MSA SUNWOOD <br />DRIVE CROSSWALK REPAIRS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #25-08 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Sunwood Drive concrete pedestrian crossings at intersections between <br />Zeolite Street and Rhinestone Street are proposed to be replaced in 2025; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-282, adopted September <br />24, 2024, request for proposals were submitted to two (2) firms for the purpose of completing the <br />proposed surveys; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-295, adopted October 22, <br />2024, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Hakanson Anderson for a <br />topographic survey report of the project area in the amount of $8,200.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City staff has the capacity to prepare plans and specifications for Sunwood <br />Drive Crosswalk Repairs, Improvement Project #25-08. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to prepare plans and <br />specifications for Sunwood Drive Crosswalk Repairs, Improvement Project #25-08. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
