<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Board of Adjustment conducted a special meeting on Thursday, <br />October 8, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the special meeting of the Board of Adjustment to <br />order at 7:32 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />The Board of Adjustment approved by consensus the agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Request For Variance From Section 170.076.24 Of The City Code <br />Re~ardin~ Setback From The Rum River; Case Of Mr. Marshall <br />Pearson Of Re~ency Homes. Inc.: <br /> <br />Mr. Gary Uhde was present representing Marshall Pearson of Regency Homes. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman reviewed the comments of the City Attorney and reviewed <br />the site plan. The Board noted that the house does not encroach on the Rum <br />River scenic easement. <br /> <br />The Board amended Findings of Fact #0180 as follows: <br /> <br />9. That a building permit was issued to the Applicant on January 29, <br />1987 and that the Applicant applied for a variance on September 2, <br />1 987 . <br /> <br />10.
