<br />. <br /> <br />Mr. Doug Stahlke of House of Video stated that his case is similar to Mr. <br />Di tschler' s; they bought signs based on information they obtained f rom the <br />Building Official; after further review of the code, it was determined that <br />a lesser sign size was allowed and variances for the al ready bought signs <br />would be necessary. <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that there is sufficient sign space ,.at Rum River Plaza <br />interior and exterior to accomodate requests from all the businesses for <br />increased sign sizes. <br /> <br />The Board reviewed the proposed findings of fact. <br /> <br />f.t>tion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman to <br />amend Item i8 by adding the following sentence: 'The Applicant relied on <br />information supplied by the Building Official when purchasing the sign.' <br /> <br />f.t>tion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Shumway, Commissioners Zimmerman, <br />LaDue and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Hendr iksen, <br />Howell and Holm. <br /> <br />f.t>tion by Commissioner Zimmerman and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to <br />adopt Findings of Fact 0186, as amended, relating to Ramsey Carpet <br />Company's request for a variance.
