If the developnent causes more drainage, her back yard will flood. I~uired what the develo~rs will do with incline and trees at the rear of her pro~rty. stated that since the recent land clearing in that area, she has had two robberies; people are using her pro~rty as if it were public pro~rty; what kind of buffer will be provided. Dermis Miller - Architect for M & S Developnent - stated that due to certain OOR requiranents on the site, the develo~r is requesting that the setback be changed to 20'. With res~ct to drainage between the developnent and adjoining single family residents, there will be a ewail for drainage down to a holding pond to the southeast corner of the site. '!he majority of trees in the southeast corner will be ranoved to comply with OOR drainage requiranents. '!he developer prop:>ses to run a rCM of trees along the border between the developnent and single family dwellings where there are gaps created ~ existing trees being ranoved or where there were no trees in the first place. '!he new trees would be 6'-8' in height; evergreens take longer to develop and deciduous trees grCM faster but you have more exposure in the winter months. Mr. Miller stated that ~ople should also be aware that due to Mirmesota Highway Deparbnent requests, there will be an additional 4' of pavanent on the east side of the road.
