Reqllest ay Mr. Donald Nienow For A Variance To COnstruct An <br />AccessoJ;y structure Larger Than Allowed ay Ci~ Code: <br /> <br />Mr. Nienow was present and stated that he has no problan with the findings of <br />fact and proposed deveJ.opnent agreanent. <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman noted that there was no citizen input expressed during the PUblic <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion ~ Mayor Heitman and seconded ~ Councilmanber Cox to adopt Findings of <br />Fact 0110 for Mr. Donald Nienow's request for a variance fran the maximum <br />allaorable size of an accessory structure. (Please refer to findings of fact <br />file for Findings of Fact 0110) . <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Schlueter, Mayor Heitman, <br />Counci1manbers Sorteberg, Cox and Reimam. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion ~ Councilmanber Cox and seconded ~ Councilmember Sorteberg to approve <br />of Mr. Donald Nienow's request for a variance fran the maximum allowable size <br />for an accessory structure provided that he enter into a deveJ.opnent agreanent <br />with the City of Ramsey for the cxmstruction of this structure. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Schlueter, Mayor Heitman, <br />Councilmanbers Sorteberg, Cox and Reimam. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #3; R~est ay Mr. David Schulte For A Variance From The Required <br />Front Yard Setback: <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman noted that a letter, of an affinnative nature, was received fran <br />Mr. Ray Remer. <br /> <br />Motion ~ Councilmember Cox and seconded ~ Mayor Heitman to adopt Findings of <br />Fact 0111 for Mr. David Schulte's request for a variance to consttruct in the <br />front yard. (Please refer to findings of fact file for Findings of Fact 0111) . <br /> <br />Further Discussion: COuncilmanber Reimam in:;{uired as to w}w Mr. Schulte has <br />to build in the front yard setback considering the size of the lot. Mr. <br />Schulte replied that the back yard has a real steep slope. Councilmanber Cox <br />stated that other houses on that street are placed irregular because of the <br />winding road. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Schlueter, Mayor Heitman, <br />Councilmanbers Sorteberg, Cox and Reimam.
