<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A Board of Adjustment was called to order by Chairman Arnie Cox Tuesday, <br />May 25, 1982 at 7:55 P.M. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, regarding Mr. Richard Kiecker's request to <br />place an accessory building in the front setback of his property. <br /> <br />Members Present: Council member Arnie Cox <br />Council member Al Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Sue Van Wagner <br /> <br />Also Present: City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle <br />City Building Official Clayton Berg <br />City Engineer Peter Raati kka <br />Reporter Eric Sandin <br /> <br />Absent: Mayor Thomas Gamec <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner <br />to approve of Mr. Kiecker's request to place an accessory building in front <br />of the principle structure. Said accessory building shall be located as shown <br />on Mr. Kiecker's site plan. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Cox, Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Van Wagner. Voting No: None.
