<br />. <br /> <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Ramsey's Board of <br />Adjustment convened on September 25, 1978, at Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd., N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Chairman Muller called the Board of Adjustment to order at 7:00 P.M. <br />and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />Present: Councilman Muller <br />Councilman Reimann <br />Councilman Gamec <br />Mayor Cox <br /> <br />Also Present: City Adm. Schnelle <br />City Engr. Raatikka <br /> <br />Absent: Councilman Mickelson <br /> <br />Also Absent: City Attorney Goodrich <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Provinzino, Anoka Kawasaki, Inc., was present to discuss his request <br />to build a metal storage building on the back of his lot at 6304 Highway #10 <br />N. W. The building is 40 x 50 and will be used strictly for storage of bikes <br />.and snowmobiles. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mr. Provinzino was asked who borders his property on the back and he stated <br />he is a long way from any other buildings. The land is useless to him the <br />way it is and feels because of the theft factor he wants his inventory stored <br />inside. <br /> <br />The Board of Adjustment felt they would like to have Mr. Provinzino draw up <br />plans for their review at the October 10,1978 meeting. They feel it should <br />be partially decorative and are requesting a couple of plans to review. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Gamec and seconded by Mayor Cox to table the request <br />and adjourn the Board of Adjustment hearing of Mr. Jim Provinzino, Anoka <br />Kawasaki, Inc., until the October 10, 1978 meeting to give Mr. Provinzino <br />time to draw up a couple plans for his proposed building for Board of Adjust- <br />ment review. <br /> <br />4 ayes <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned 7:25. <br /> <br /> <br />. <br />
