That the appellants' appeal to the Board of Adjustment <br />will be referred to the City's planning agency for its review and <br />recommendations pursuant to M.S.A. 462.354, subdivision 2. <br /> <br />5. That the hearing held on May 15, 1975, was continued to <br />September 16, 1975, at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey City Hall. At that <br />time any further relevant testimony will be considered by the Board <br />of Appeals. <br /> <br />6. The appellants, through their attorney, Robert E.Oliphant, <br />and the original rezoning petitioner through its president, Alfred A. <br />Albert, orally stipulated and agreed that both parties waive all the , <br />time limitations for the Board of Adjustment and Appeals to act as <br />well as the Planning Commission's requirement to act as described <br />in both the Ramsey City Ordinance No. 73-6, subdivision 8.6, and <br />M.S.A. 462.354 and M.S.A. 462.357 and both parties are in full accord <br />and agreement with the continued hearing date set for September 16, <br />1975, and further waive any causes of action either of said parties <br />may have arising out of this September 16, 1975, continued hearing <br />date. However, neither of the parties waive any statutory or <br />ordinance time requirements which may go into effect after the <br />September 16, 1975, hearing date. <br /> <br />I trust that the above is substantially a fair statement of the <br />referred to matters which occurred at the hearing on May 15, 1975. <br />If either party has any objection to the six points as I have outlined <br />above, please contact me immediately. <br /> <br />Very truly yours, <br /> <br />LJ~k <br /> <br />William K.
