<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Economic Development Commission conducted a special meeting on Wednesday, <br />December 20, 1989 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard Northwest, <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Ken Wagner, Chairman <br />Mr. Bob Muller (left at 9:03 a.m.) <br />Mr. Darryl Fults <br />Mr. Jack Ippel <br />Ms. Barbara Wiley <br />Mr. Don Greenberg <br />Mr. Steve Gorecki <br />Mr. Bernie Vevea <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Gromberg <br />Mr. Glen Hardin <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Wagner called the regular Economic Development Commission meeting to order at 7:40 <br />a.m. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Ippel and duly seconded by Commissioner Wiley to <br />approve the agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Wagner, Commissioners Ippel, Wiley, Muller, Fults, <br />Greenberg, Gorecki and V evea. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Hardin. <br /> <br />Chairman Wagner introduced Jim Gromberg as the new staff liaison to the Economic Development <br />Commission. Mr. Gromberg explained his position and duties with the City. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />(Continuation of December 13. 1989 Agenda) <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Staff Update on McKinley Street Extension. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey is negotiating with Mr. Eggum with regard to his property. Commissioner <br />Vevea inquired if there is a map of the proposed alignment.
