<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CASE #3: <br /> <br />UPDATE ON BUSINESS INCUBATOR FACILITY <br />By: Anne Norris~ Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you recall, the Anoka and Ramsey Economic Development Commissions met on May <br />22, 1986 to discuss the proposed business incubator project. For your <br />information, enclosed are the minutes from this meeting. <br /> <br />The Commissions agreed that the concept of a business incubator facility seemed <br />to be consistent with the goals of both Commissions and that the project <br />merited further discussion. The Commissions suggested that a subcommittee from <br />both cities be created to study this project. The subcommittee consists of <br />three members from each Economic Development Commission, one member from each <br />City Council and staff from each city. Ramsey Economic Development <br />Commissioners appointed to serve on this subcommittee are Glen Hardin, Bob <br />Muller and Bernie Vevea. The Council appointed Arnie Cox to serve on this <br />subcommittee. <br /> <br />The first meeting of this subcommittee is scheduled for Wednesday, June 4, <br />1986; a report from this subcommittee will be made at the meeting. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Your action will be based on your discussion with the Subcommittee. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Administrator <br />Attorney <br />Engineer <br />Community Devel.
