Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #25-154 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR PARKSIDE TOWNHOMES 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, Ramsey at COR, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Applicant," properly applied for Final Plat approval of the following described properties located in the City of Ramsey: Outlot A, Parkside Townhomes -or upon recording of the Parkside Townhomes 2nd Addition final plat- Lots 1-39, Block 1 Parkside Townhomes 2nd Addition (the `Subject Property'); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing and reviewed the Preliminary Plat on August 22, 2024, and recommended approval of the project; and WHEREAS, the City Council considered the Final Plat and Development Agreement for the first phase of development at their July 8, 2025 meeting. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Final Plat and Development Agreement for Parkside Townhomes 2nd Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: a) Compliance with staff review comments. b) Approval of the Stormwater Management Plan by the Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization. c) Review and approval as to legal form by the City Attorney of the Final Plat and Development Agreement. 2) That the Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to sign the Development Agreement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 8`" day of July, 2025.
