INTRODUCTION: The City of Ramsey (City) is requesting proposals for the cleaning and <br />televising and delivery of televising reports for four (4) 2026 projects including; <br />1. IP 26-01 MSA Bunker Lake Blvd Street Reconstruction <br />a. Bunker Lake Blvd from approx. 700 feet West of Jackal St to approx. 800 feet East <br />of Jackal St <br />b. Scope of work includes: <br />i. Clean & Televise 1,725 lineal feet of storm sewer per attached exhibit <br />ii. Clean & Televise 1,340 lineal feet of sanitary sewer per attached exhibit <br />iii. Properly dispose of any materials <br />iv. Provide the City with a video of the televised lines <br />v. Provide the City with a report of the televised lines, including descriptions <br />of the pipe and any defects <br />2. IP 26-04 Countryside Estates Street Reconstructions <br />a. Subdivision located generally at 176th Ave & Okapi St <br />b. Scope of work includes: <br />i. Clean & Televise 140 lineal feet of storm sewer per attached exhibits <br />ii. Properly dispose of any materials <br />iii. Provide the City with a video of the televised lines <br />iv. Provide the City with a report of the televised lines, including descriptions <br />of the pipe and any defects <br />3. IP 26-05 Flintwood Hills 2nd & 3rd Street Reconstructions <br />a. Subdivision located generally at 142nd Ave & Dysprosium St <br />b. Scope of work includes: <br />i. Clean & Televise 1,810 lineal feet of storm sewer per attached exhibits <br />ii. Clean & Televise 5,120 lineal feet of sanitary sewer per attached exhibits <br />iii. Properly dispose of any materials <br />iv. Provide the City with a video of the televised lines <br />v. Provide the City with a report of the televised lines, including descriptions <br />of the pipe and any defects <br />4. IP 26-06 Riverside West Street Reconstructions <br />a. Subdivision located generally at Ebony St & 137th Ave <br />b. Scope of work includes: <br />i. Clean & Televise 2,200 lineal feet of storm sewer per attached exhibit <br />ii. Clean & Televise 1,730 lineal feet of sanitary sewer per attached exhibit <br />iii. Properly dispose of any materials <br />iv. Provide the City with a video of the televised lines <br />v.
