5. 15. <br />CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />07/08/2025 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Promote economic growth and development. <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution #25-159, Approving a Development Agreement for Taco Bell at 14751 Armstrong Blvd NW <br />Purpose/Background: <br />On June lOth, 2025, the City Council approved the Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan for Taco Bell at 14751 <br />Armstrong Blvd NW. Since that date, the Applicant has supplied engineering cost estimates to Staff as part of <br />drafting the Development Agreement. The Development Agreement is standard in its form. <br />The requested action is to approve the Development Agreement for the approved development.
