At their regular meeting on June 26, 2025, the Planning Commission voted 6-1 to recommend approval of the <br />Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan Review, with two additional conditions: <br />1) That the City Council consider additional screening of the parking lot and drive aisle along Sunwood Drive in a <br />manner the Council sees appropriate (such as an extended fence, additional landscaping, or other features), and; <br />2) That the City Council consider additional visual features, such as landscaping or architectural design elements, <br />along the south wall of the restaurant. <br />The Applicant has not revised plans and would like direction from the City Council on the Commission's <br />recommendation.
