The City anticipates the original contract will be two (2) years in length. <br />The City will not provide reimbursement to anyone for any expense incurred that is <br />associated with the preparation and submission of the proposal and attendance at <br />interviews. <br />SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS <br />Proposal must be received by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, August 1, 2025. <br />The City Council reserves the right to reject all proposals, to request additional information <br />concerning any proposal for purposes of clarification, to acceptor negotiate any <br />modification to any proposal following the deadline for receipt of all proposals, and to <br />waive any irregularities if such would serve the best interests of the City as determined by <br />the City Council. <br />SCHEDULE <br />Distribute/Advertise RFP's <br />July 11, 2025 <br />RFP Submittals <br />Due: August 1, 2025 <br />Staff Committee Evaluation <br />Completed by: August 15, 2025 <br />City Council Interviews <br />Completed by: September 12, 2025 <br />City Council Approval <br />By September 23, 2025 <br />Page 18 <br />
