This amendment is to accommodate the proposed Cutter's
Grove residential and commercial development along Highway 10 in Anoka.

B. On August 26, 1986, the City Council introduced two ordinances establishing
the Rum River and Mississippi River Storm Sewer Taxing Districts. These
ordinances exempt certain plats which have already constructed storm sewer
improvements from the district for a certain number of years. After that
time, these areas will be included in the district.

C. On August 26, 1986, the City Council introduced an ordinance establishing a
Landfill Commission. The Council noted that it would not appoint members to
this commission until there is a full Council.

D. On August 26, 1986, the City Council directed staff to put an advertisement
in the Ramsey Resident for interested citizens to serve on an ad hoc committee
to look at the City's water problems. The Council stated that they would
consider creating such a committee once they've seen what kind of response they
get.
