<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CASE #5: <br /> <br />DISCUSSION REGARDING ACTION PLANS <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you recall, some time ago the City Administrator sent out action plans that <br />were based on the high priority needs identified at the goal setting session of <br />the Council and Commissions in March of this year. These needs have been <br />reviewed and in some cases, combined with other needs. Action plans for these <br />high priority needs have been drafted. Due to time considerations, these <br />action plans must be reviewed and reprioritized if necessary. Also, Commission <br />members must be assigned to action teams working on the various needs. <br /> <br />For your information, enclosed is a memo from the City Administrator dated July <br />21,1986 with drafts of the action plans. Economic Development Commission <br />members need to be appointed to the action teams for the following needs: <br /> <br />1. Improved communication between all levels of City government. <br />2. Improved Local Government Aid (LGA) base for the City of Ramsey. <br />3. Drainage outlets into the Mississippi and Rum Rivers. <br />4. Transportation improvements. <br />5. Improve appearance of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Recommendations: <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Will be to assign Economic Development Commission members to the <br />appropriate action teams. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Administrator -K- <br />Attorney <br />Engineer <br />Community Development Director -K- <br /> <br />Chief of Police <br />Finance Officer <br />Public Works Superintendent <br />Other <br />
