<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CASE 4/:2: <br /> <br />DISCUSSION REGARDING NOVEMBER 20, 1986 JOINT MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL/ <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION/PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you recall, at your last joint meeting with the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, the next joint meeting date was set for November 20, 1986. In <br />addition, both Commissions determined that the City Council should be <br />invited to attend this meeting to discuss the issues regarding Plants & <br />Things (the recent accessory structure, parking areas, site plan, etc.) as <br />part of a discussion regarding commercial and industrial development in the <br />City. <br /> <br />To date, I have the following items to be discussed at this meeting: <br /> <br />1) Enforcement of development controls in commercial and industrial <br />areas <br />a.
