The Planning Commission discussed their concerns with <br />Mr. Hickman and recommended that Mr. Hickman be required to fulfill the <br />certified lot survey requirement including identification of parking <br />areas and a schedule for surfacing these parking areas in accordance <br />with ~be'City Code. The City Council received the Planning <br />Commission,'s request'a'itdreconiniended that Mr. Hickman work with City <br />Staff to resolve some of these concerns rather than returning to the <br />Planning Commission. The Planning Commission commented that the <br />Council should specify its reasons for waiving the requirement for the <br />certified' lot' sUr'vey.
