At the joint Economic Development Commissiont Planning Commission and City Council meetingt staff and Councilmember Cox were directed to draft a development agreement for Plants & Thingst based on the letter from Mr. Hickman dated August 30t 1986 outlining when Mr. Hickman would address the parking problems and exterior finish of the recent accessory structure. 2. On November 25t 1986t the City Council authorized Hakanson Anderson Associatest Inc. to proceed with airport zoning in accordance with MSA 360.063 Subd. 1. 3. On November 25t 1986t the City Council adopted Ordinances #86-10 and #86-11 establishing the Rum River and Mississippi River storm sewer taxing districts. 4. The City Council held an informational meeting on December 2t 1986 to discuss alternatives for financing the proposed extension of utilities to the industrial area. 5. The City Council held an informational meeting on December 3t 1986 to review possible alternative alignments for a service/frontage road on the south side of Highway 10. 6. On November 25t 1986t the City Council adopted a resolution requesting a six month extension from Anoka County for the expenditure of the City's current allocation of Community Development Block Grant funds. 7. An ad for the vacant position on the Economic Development Commission was in the latest edition of the Ramsev Resident. In additiont several ads will be in the Anoka County Shopper and Anoka County Union. If any Commissioners know of anyone who is interested in serving on the Commissiont please encourage them to apply. 8. The City is seeking citizens to serve on the Landfill Commission. The Commission will serve as an advisory body to the City Council on the landfill and related issues. There are nine positions on the Commission. If you know of anyone who is interested in serving on this Commissiont please encourage them to apply.
