AREA <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />At its December meeting, the Commission requested that <br />City Staff prepare more def ini te cost estimates for the <br />public improvements in the industrial area. These <br />estimates have been forwarded to the City's financial <br />consultants and will be used by Evensen-Dodge to <br />prepare projected cash flows for the tax increment <br />district to determine whether the district can support <br />the proposed financing structure for these <br />improvanents. Unfortunately, due to time constraints <br />and illnesses at Evensen-Dodge, these projections will <br />not be available until Friday, January 10, 1986. The <br />Economic and Finance Subcommittee will meet at that <br />time to review the projections. <br /> <br />CASE #3: <br /> <br />DIsrnSSION REmRDING AP~T<7'W'lS FOR ~~NGX ON <br />mMMISSION <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />As you know, the vacancy on the EDC has been advertised <br />in the Tri-Ci ty newsletter, the Anoka County Union, the <br />Anoka County Shopper, and on the community bulletin <br />board on Cable T.V.
