INmT <br /> <br />Commissioner Ful ts referred to that Anoka pro~rty adjoining Ramsey in the <br />vicini ty of the Vo Tech and stated that there is no preliminary sketch for that <br />developnent as yet; consequently, there is no way Ramsey can review the sketch <br />for road accesses. <br /> <br />Oo.mmissioner DeLuca referred again to the subject of developnent occuring in <br />landfill buffer areas and stated consideration should be given to situations <br />where all future landowners of those pro~rties in the buffer area will attempt <br />to claim pro~rty devaluation after purchasing pro~rty they were well aware <br />was in the vicini ty of a landf ill. <br /> <br />Commissioner DeLuca stated that after some research, he feels the most <br />effective way for businesses to be aware of M~ regulations is to obtain <br />membership in organizations such as the Association of Commerce and Industry <br />which periodically distribute material regarding new legislation. <br /> <br />AnJOORNMENT <br /> <br />Motion ~ Commissioner Fults and seconded ~ Cornmissioner Hardin to adjourn <br />this regular meeting of the Econanic Developnent Oo.mmission. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
