Special City Council meeting minutes dated December 2, 1985. <br /> <br />Commissioner Fults stated that at the request of Mr. Al J:billip's of Al tron he <br />is bringing up for discussion the Ci ty' s selective enforcement of si te and <br />design plans. <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated the recodification will address si te and design plans in <br />oammercial and residential areas. <br /> <br />'lhe Commission requested that Ms. Norris provide information regarding <br />recodification and site and design plans and place this discussion on the next <br />regular EDC agenda. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Oise iti ~ubcommittee Rennrt:.q~ <br /> <br />a) I~aislative- <br /> <br />Commissioner DeLuca stated that the Legislative Subcommittee drafted a letter <br />to be forwarded to area businesses regarding organizations they can join that <br />will keep them up-to-date on MPCA regulations. 'lhe draft letter was included <br />in the agenda. <br /> <br />Clairman Greenberg stated that he attended a meeting s(X)nsored by the Anoka <br />County Clamber of Commerce7 the State Insurance Commissioner was the guest <br />speaker 7 it does not look like there is much relief in si te for businesses with <br />respect to their insurance rates. <br /> <br />b) Rcnnnmi c/Financp Snhcnrrmi ttee ~ <br /> <br />Refer to Case 12 of these minutes for a report on activities of the <br />Economic/Finance Suboommi ttee. <br /> <br />c) BlJhl ici~ - <br /> <br />'lhe Commission reviewed the finished City Brochure. <br /> <br />C.a~~ #2: 9pdate OQ.
