SHARP REGARDING SANITARY SEWER AND WATER; C. <br />PROPOSED USES OF CDBG FUNDS FOR 1984 THROUGH 1986): <br /> <br />The following is hereby submitted on each of the above items: <br /> <br />a) Proposed property tax bill for small business - Enclosure (D2.-b) contains <br />the proposed property tax bill for small business. Ramsey's Assessor, has prepared <br />several examples of the benefits this bill would give a small business. <br /> <br />EDC Action: No action is required unless you deem otherwise. <br /> <br />b) Letter from Y. R. Sharp, Inc. dated April 2, 1984 - Enclosure (D2.-c) contains <br />a letter in which he is stating that all of his prospective customers want sanitary <br />sewer and water. <br /> <br />EDG Action: No action is required unless you deem otherwise. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />c) Proposed uses of Community Development Block Grant funds for 1984 <br />through 1986 - Enclosure (D2.-d) contains a copy of the application stating the <br />City's proposed use of the above funds. I have also enclosed a copy of Resolution <br />#84-54 which adopted the City's proposed use of Community Development Block <br />Grant funds. <br /> <br />EDC Action: No action is required other than to note that you have reviewed <br />the City's adopted uses of CDBG funds. <br /> <br />. <br />
