<br />Councilmember Stewart introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #25-155 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTER INTO A COMMITMENT TO <br />PURCHASE WITH NEOGOV FOR CLOUD BASED HUMAN RESOURCES <br />SOFTWARE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City’s Human Resources Division uses manual processes for its data; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the processes are outdated and inefficient; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is supportive of implementing cloud-based software to <br />improve human resources’ work products; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, streamlining everyday HR processes in one integrated system based on <br />public sector best practices is a platform offered by NeoGov; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends expanding beyond the Insight recruiting module and <br />adding Onboard, CoreHR, e-forms and Perform. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City of Ramsey authorizes the City to enter into a contract with NeoGov for cloud <br />based human resources software services, effective immediately, as follows: <br /> <br />Year 1: Onboard + CoreHR + eForms + Perform Annual License Fee: $6749.72 and One <br /> Time Implementation Fee: $10,028, totaling $16,777.72 <br />Year 2: Onboard + CoreHR + eForms + Perform Annual License Fee Year 2: $25,535.20 <br />Year 3: Onboard + CoreHR + eForms + Perform Annual License Fee Year 3: $32,238.19 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />
