Special City Council rreeting minutes dated January 6, 1987. <br /> <br />2. Regular City Council rreeting minutes dated January 27, 1987. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hardin noted that an attorney has told the City that it's <br />ordinance is not clear enough with respect to dustfree parking areas and <br />driveways; Ms. Norris has been directed to redraft a conditional use permit <br />for Mr. Gerald Root allowing the use of traprock. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Case #1: Appoint Chairman And Vice Chairman: <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hardin and seconded by Commissioner Muller to <br />appoint Mr. Don Greenberg to serve as Chairman of the Economic Development <br />Commission for 1987. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Commissioners MUller, Hardin, Wagner and <br />Ippel. Voting No: None. Abstain: Chairman Greenberg. Abstain: Commissioner Hardin. <br />Absent: Canmissioners Kurak, Vevea and Fults. <br /> <br />Case #2: Interview Ap,plicants For Vacan~ Pt The Conmission: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Applicant, Mr. Steve Gorecki, was present and stated that he owns and <br />operates a grounds maintenance business located in the Gateway North <br />Industrial Park. He would like to serve on the Economic Development <br />Conunission because he feels Ramsey has great potential and he would like to <br />have a p:lrt in it's orderly developnent.
