<br />. <br /> <br />al ignment. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mr. Hartley stated that anything other than a di rect <br />line trunk alignment is expensive; if the Spone/Eggam property is to be <br />served and the MSA road alignment is different, laterals could be extended <br />to coincide with road alignment. Commissioner Ippel stated that he doesn't <br />want the property owner dictating the alignment;. this proposal should be <br />presented as the most economic and inquire if they have any problems with <br />it. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hardin withdrew his motion. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Ippel and seconded by Commissioner Wagner to <br />reconnnend that Council pursue Alternative #2, Phases 1 and 2, for sanitary <br />sewer and Alternative 1, Phase 1 for municipal water. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Commissioners Wagner, Hardin and Ippel. <br />Voting No: Chairman Greenberg and Commissioner Muller. Absent: <br />Commissioners Vevea, Kurak and Fults. <br /> <br />Case #4: Discussion Regarding Vacancy On Commission: <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hardin and seconded by Commissioner Wagner to <br />recommend that City Council appoint Mr. Gary Albrecht to fill the vacancy <br />on the Economic Development Commission to a term to expire January 31, <br />1988. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Corranissioner Ippel noted that applicant Steve Gorecki <br />seemed to be more aware of issues that the City is involved in at this <br />time. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Motion failed. <br />None. Abstain: <br /> <br />Voting Yes: Commissioners Hardin and Wagner. Voting No: <br />Chainnan Greenberg, Commissioners Ippel and Muller. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Muller and seconded by Commissioner Ippel to <br />recanmend that City Council appoint Mr. Steve Gorecki to f ill the vacancy <br />on the Economic Development Commission to a term to expire January 31, <br />1988. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chainnan Greenberg, Commissioners Muller and <br />I~l. Voting No: Commissioners Hardin and Wagner. <br /> <br />Case #5: Reappoint Conmissioners Kurak.
