<br />6. That if or when the Permittee chooses to install a menu board and ordering equipment, <br />Staff can administratively review and approve that change to the site. <br /> <br />7. That the Permittee shall enter into a maintenance agreement with all other property <br />owners within the Bunker Lake Crossing development to share maintenance <br />responsibilities of the shared private road, and that the Permittee must also adhere to <br />conditions therein. <br /> <br />8. That the Permittee shall apply for and obtain a building permit and all other necessary <br />permits in accordance with City Staff’s review comments, from the City of Ramsey <br />and any other applicable agencies. <br /> <br />9. That the Permittee shall be responsible for operating in full compliance with all <br />applicable local, county, state and federal regulations and agrees to provide a copy of <br />any other required permits that are requested. <br /> <br />10. That this Permit shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated within one (1) year <br />of approval, and issuance of a Building Permit shall constitute initiation. <br /> <br />11. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this Permit. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Peters, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #25-148 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br /> <br />
