At its last meeting, the Commission directed Commissioner Ippel to <br />research the cost to rent a booth for use by the City at the Game <br />Fair. Commissioner Ippel has reported that the cost to rent (including <br />installation) a 20' x20' tent, for one to four days, would be about <br />$150.00. <br /> <br />2. On June 23,1987, the City Council directed staff to research using tax <br />increment financing to assist in extending utilities for Mr. Carson's <br />proposed residential development west of Ramsey Terrace. Staff is to <br />report back with their findings at the July 28 meeting. <br /> <br />3. Enclosed for your information is an article on Ramsey that was in the <br />June 16, 1987 issue of the Elk River Star News. <br /> <br />4. For your information, enclosed is the ad that the City sponsored in the <br />advertising mailer organized by the developers of River's Bend and <br />Flintwood Hills P.U.D. <br /> <br />5. For your information, enclosed is the 1986 Metropolian Community <br />Quality of Life Report published by the First Banks. <br /> <br />6. For your information, enclosed is an ad on Ramsey that appeared in the <br />June 24, 1987 edition of the Anoka County Shopper. <br /> <br />7.
