CASE #9: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF RIVERVIEW ESTATES; <br /> CASE OF ~R. TODD ELOFSON <br /> By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Todd Elofson is requesting preliminary plat approval of Riverview <br />Estates. This plat is located on the south side of Hwy. f/10, west of <br />Sunfish Lake Blvd. Mr. Elofson is proposing to plat the property adjacent <br />to Hwy. ~/10 for commercial development and the property along the <br />Mississippi River into six residential lots.
