Gobernatz is requesting a metes and bounds subdivision of a forty <br />acre parcel located east of St. Francis Boulevard, northeast of County Road <br />No. 63. Mr. Gobernatz is proposing to subdivide 1 acre from this parcel to <br />give to his son.
